installing on godaddy and stuck on step 4

Okay, i've done everything suggested on installation. all the folders that need to be set to write has been set to 777. i did not select the email button on step four as suggested and it still would not go to step 5. i also changed the admin folder and deleted the install folder, tried to log in and the error read. "There is 1 error employee does not exist, or bad password" it is also set at PHP 5. what else needs to be done. I also have it install in a folder www.123xyz.com/prestashop/
