remove scrolls in thickbox

I have a shop almost ready, but i have 2 things that annoy me.

thickbox is at the root of both.

so, the forst one is send to a friend in thickbox and the other one is terms and conditions

Those 2 open in a thickbox window with scrolls. How can i set up scrolling off? i can't seem to find it.

also , the background of thickbox iframe is the same as my website, i would like it to be off. ( speaking of that ... the boxes where i add the product description take the same background as my page.... weird)

so, what i would like to do is still open those 2 links in thickbox, but in a window without scrolls. can anyone help me?
