Pre-order, admin validate order before payment

Hello.

My english is not so good, so I will try to be direct.

 

I'm in prestashop 1.6 and looking for an addon or someone who knows how to do the next:

 

I have 2 shipping methods

 

1- Pick up in the store - in this case nothing is needed to implement.

2- Transportista / Carrier

 

When customer choose "Transportista / Carrier" this is what I need:

The payment methods has to be hidden, they can't choose payment method yet. Instead has to appear a button "Calculate shipping costs", when user click on this button gets redirected to a standard presta page saying something like: "Your pre-order has been created. We are calculating shipping costs. In no more than 2 working days you will receive an Email with your order details shipping costs included and you will find a button to confirm and pay your order.

 

So when pre-order is created, in the admin side, the new order generated will be shown with statuds "Pending shipping costs" so the admin edit this order and add the shipping costs, this will change automaticly the status of the order to "Pending payment" and will send that email to the customer to finish the process.

 

Hope is all understood.

Don't take this wrong, but I don't think that someone here can help you with this, you are requesting something complicated, maybe you should think in put this request in the "Job Offers"

Yes, I'm looking for an addon if exist, couldn't find, or a developer who can do that.

We are already doing our own, but when customer receive the Email and click in the button to confirm and pay the order, we can't get the page with all details of the order shipping costs included and payment methods to choose and finish the buy.
