Multi domain multistore configuration

Hello,

 

Can somebody help me on how to configure multistore and multidomain?

 

What I want to do is :

 

1. I have my domain ex. mycompany.be

2 I've created a subdomain shop.mycompany.be for the prestashop installation and the administration of my shops.

3. I have other domains for my shops, ex. shop1.be and shop2.be

4 I've created 2 shops in my prestashop installation with 2 different root categories, ex shop1 and shop2

 

How do I configure the shop URL section to reach that my shop1.be cames to the prestashop shop1 and my domain shop2.be cames to my shop2 in prestashop?

Also, how do I configure my hosting settings to point to this?

 

I've already read the docs but I don't know how this works.

Does Domain name become : shop1.be?

Physical URL : /

Virtual URL: BLANK

 

forward domain name shop1.be to shop.mycompany.be will that work? or alias? or park? or does it matter? Do we create hosting for Shop1.be yes or no? do we create DNS for shop1.be?
