AlexGP
Hi there, I hope you can help me with this big trouble... I'm afraid is quite complex I'm trying to upload sellers to my prestashop where I have a multi-seller component. I was able to upload all the data and they appear properly in the Sellers List, but now, when I try to show their detail pages, the ones that were uploaded directly to the DataBase, are not showing properly. The reason, looks like with the ones uploaded to the DB, the system is not able to find the css. Here you will find a list of sellers http://ifemarket.sensekia.net/shops-name-start-with-d-by-country-in-0-all?&seller_location=&seller_type=0&userview=list Here is one of the sellers which is showing properly (been able to find the CSSs) http://ifemarket.sensekia.net/nicoboco/ And here is one of the Seller which is not finding the CSSs http://ifemarket.sensekia.net/doghorsecity_apap/ UPDATE: This one is solved in backoffice... you can try this one http://ifemarket.sen...CION_RIVANIMAL/ I dont know if I missed to write data in any table required for the CSSs configuration. The tables that I am filling with data for every seller are: ps_customer ps_customer_group ps_employee ps_employee_shop ps_customer_owner ps_shop ps_shop_url ps_sellerinfo ps_sellerinfo_lang And finally, I save the logo in the folder /img/as/{ID_sellerinfo}.jpg Thanks for your help !!! AlexGP
I found a way to solve it.... and is going to "URLS/DIRECCIONES DE LA TIENDA" in English "URLS/SHOP ADDRESSES" once there, I search for the shop, and click on the check Active, to try to deactivate the URL, and activate it again... It seems like in this process is creating something related to the URL encoding to re-address the "ASOCIACION_RIVANIMAL/" folder to the right place where the CSS are located. Do you know anyway to do this with no need to go one by one in the backoffice? To be able to create that re-address manually? Now... this is an example not working... (as the previous one, I solved in the backoffice) http://ifemarket.sensekia.net/ASOCIACION_RIVANIMAL/ Thanks again
