Ecompx
The Localisation/Countries Module in Prestashop v.1.6.1.4 will only accept one United Kingdom postcode format. Can Prestashop be configured to accept at least two UK Postcode formats (eg: LLN NLL and LLNN NLL) in the Localisation/Countries Module for the United Kingdom? I have the United Kingdom postcode format set as LLN NLL for a customer to enter UK postcodes for their shipping address. This format (LLN NLL) does let my customers enter a UK postcode with two numbers in the first part of their postcode (eg: TS12 1GF) without a big red cross X being displayed. Has anyone got a fix for this issue that works, or offer a solution so the Localisation/Countries Module in Prestashop v.1.6.1.4 can accept at least two or more United Kingdom postcode formats with validation for the United Kingdom. Ecompx
Is there a Prestashop user or developer that can offer a solution or workaround so at least two UK postcode formats with validation can be used simultaneously with v1.6.1.4. Any guidance or help would be appreciated. The UK actually has 6 UK postcode formats: LN NLL, LNN NLL, LLN NLL, LLNN NLL, LNL NLL, LLNL NLL. How can Prestashop support their UK customers so they can use multiple UK postcode formats simultaneously with validation?

Guest
Do you actually need the postcode to be validated? We leave the box blank and have never had any issues in nearly 4 years ("If you do not want PrestaShop to verify the postal code for this country, leave it blank.") breda_Mcg
I think this problem started with the last upgrade as we didn't have this problem before. If you leave the postcode blank Prestashop does not seem to ignore it, it still gives the red box and warning. Regards, B
