Ed Smart Posted June 10, 2016 Share Posted June 10, 2016 (edited) Hello, I have a Prestashop Cloud webshop and work with the HIPAY module. Yesterday several clients ordered products and tried to pay using HIPAY, instead of the money being transfered to my HIPAY wallet, money was transferred to some Mollie account and clients didn't get a order confirmation, neither did I. I have tried to call HIPAY but nobody answers the phone. Can someone please help/advise me what to do?
