Attributes Menu Missing

I have set up attributes for products through the Products Attributes screen, however, when entering products there is no menu on the left hand side to assign attributes to them. 

 

Any idea if there's something else I need to do in order to be able to access this?

Looks like I was able to solve this with more in depth research on the internet.

Product Attribute is used for attribute combination.

So when you edit product, it should be in "Combination" tab, not "Attribute" tab.

 

But please also be noted that "Combination" is not available for virtual products - if you set the product as virtual product, then "Combination" will not show up.
