Download a zip file with a apple product

On my store after a purchase the customer is not able to download a zip file of a video with a apple product. (ipad, iPhone, imac). Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

What you mean? The link on mail is not working, or simply apple does not recognize zip-format ? Last is a problem of the device your customer is using. He should instal a compatible addon for to download/open zip-files and/or disable the firewall he is using. For the first there is a test need for to see what is happening. Which is your Shop-URL?

Ok here's a better description of what's happening. This problem exists in safari only on an ipad, iPhone and I assume ipod touch. After purchasing a virtual product which is a zip file containing a video and you go to your account order info. There is a download icon next to the product info. When you click on it to download it says "safari cannot download this file"

It's a safari problem. Plugin for to open this file type on safari not installed, or not available due to firewall rules set. All what you execute on your machine, for ex. YT, download/open files, is a local problem, not a problem of the file added to your server. You should verify if it is a plugin missing or a another process is blocking the download.
