developers - mysql table unsigned changes on svn2222 and some previous versions

Hi,

When I did a fresh install of 2222 and probably back to svn2098 there is one change of removing a KEY and a lot of changes adding the "unsigned" value.

I wanted to update the earlier store installs of some of my clients and would like to do this via phpmyadmin instead of running an update. Is there a better way to do this than going through each one individually?
