Udpate prestashop 1.6.1.5

Hi everyone,

 

I'm facing a big issue after updating my website. I can't log anymore into the backoffice. When I try to access to the BA, after writing my username and password the URL transforms into URL+"&redirect=AdminDashboard". And redirects me in the login page of the backoffice. 

Is there anyone knowing the same problem ?

are you using any 3rd party modules and the modules have override classes?

If it is, you can try to remove following cache file to see if it will fix your issue.

 

/cache/class_index.php

I've removed this file and I'm still facing the same problem ... I don't understand the issue at all. Moreover, when I try to log, the "cache/class_index.php" file reappears. 

 

I've tried to erases the cache file and it doesn't change anything

It is ok that class_index.php is recreated. It is a list of all classes that are active in the shop and it is regularly updated when you add or remove some module. Unfortunately sometimes recreation doesn't work well and you end with a defective file. By deleting it you force Prestashop to recreate it.

 

Prestools has in its latest version a "shop rescue" option. You can try there to switch off all overrides and non-Prestashop modules. You could try whether that helps. Don't forget to set things back when you are finished.

As I understand it you already did the update. Your question was about logging in. This way you can remove possible obstacles.

Finally I found what was going on. My php version was 5.4 and I upgraded it to 5.5. It finally worked !
