spiceman
Hi, I'm experiencing a strange problem: when I try to update a product, the page seems to start to load but not complete loading. The two spinning arrows continue to rotate and nothing happen. Could someone give me a suggestion to solve this problem? I cannot update any product, so the shop is useless. Thanks P.S. I have the 1.5.2.
musicmaster
Prestashop loads each of the tabs of the product edit page separately (each is a separate ajax command). If one of them doesn't load it can lead to those spinning buttons. My suggestions are: - check all the tabs of the product edit page to see if there are problems on any of them. - check the error logs of your server (php and apache) - if both don't deliver results - check of javascript errors. spiceman
Dear musicmaster, thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately I cannot open the product page to check the tabs. The spinning arrows start to rotate as soon as I open the product page to modify something. Maybe some updated module is not compatible with 1.5.2.0 ? If so, how to reinstall old modules? musicmaster
You can go to the modules directory and rename modules that your suspect of causing problems. That is an easy way to disable them - although I am not sure whether it will work correctly with modules that use overrides (but these are a small minority).
