I cannot update the product page

Hi, I'm experiencing a strange problem: when I try to update a product, the page seems to start to load but not complete loading.

The two rotating arrows continue to rotate and nothing happen.

Could someone give me a suggestion to solve this problem?

I cannot update any product, so the shop is useless.
