IrishGuy
I have had 500 errors happen sporadically when people are trying to buy on my site, essentially when they click to pay and it redirects to paypal they receive a timeout error. I have just received word from my hosting company the following. This error is quite generic but could be due to the version of PHP you currently have and the version of Prestashop you are using. Please confirm the version of Prestashop you have installed and check with Prestashop that it will run correctly on PHP5.5 If needed we can change the version of PHP for you. Are there any issues with Prestashop and PHP5.5 ? I am really unsure of what to do here as I only see errors when someone has tried to buy which means that I am missing a sale each time.My original post is here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/530385-500-internal-server-error-between-cart-and-paypal/ Any help appreciated, really not sure what to do at the moment. musicmaster
You should look for errors in the error logs of your server. Of interest are Apache's error.log and the php_error_log.
IrishGuy
The error logs I have are below according to hosting company: The error logs in your filespace have only one error that may correspond with the issue: error logs from yesterday [2016-05-31 18:28:28] [core:error] [client 213.205.198.237:57734] End of script output before headers: php55-cgi, referer http://fruitysuits.com/quick-order Does that point to anything?
