View_Scroll Not working?

Good Morning hopefully someone can help me 

 

I have been having an issue for a while but am yet to find a working solution, the arrows do not work. I have checked the script + css and compared them to a fresh installed version of prestashop theme and nothing is different, but fresh install is working but mine ain't. 

 

The buttons disappear after a few clicks , hopefully someone can help today

You have some JavaScript errors that prevent the page initialization to complete. At least the following global variables, used by /themes/default-bootstrop/js/product.js, are missing: productPriceTaxIncluded and groupReduction

 

They are normally set in /themes/default_bootstrap/product.tpl:

    {addJsDef groupReduction=$group_reduction|floatval}
{else}
    {addJsDef groupReduction=false}
{/if}

and

{addJsDef productPriceTaxIncluded=($product->getPriceWithoutReduct(false)|default:'null' - $product->ecotax * (1 + $ecotaxTax_rate / 100))|floatval}
