No Support - is there paid support

Ok I have not had a reply to the last couple of posts I placed, are there no prestashop developers or help on the forum, its a shame because this is a good product but without support its worthless.

Is there a paid aupport option, I can't see it, I don't mind paying for a support package email support to be just pointed in the right direction when I hit a problem.

Many be someone from Prestashop could pm me.
