brandonmkt Posted June 1, 2016 Share Posted June 1, 2016 Hi there, I am currently using Prestashop 1.6.0.13, I use it online, I do not have the program. Some customers have said that they cannot change the country when filling in their address, we only have two options Ireland and United Kingdom. When the menu is clicked, the options are available, but if a different country is selected it does not change. The problem only seems to arise when using Chrome browser on android. Is there anything that I can change through the dashboard to fix the problem or is this only a Chrome problem? As so many sales are now conducted on mobile this problem could end up costing me sales.
