plesk control panel (customer login problem)

dear experts,

i have a problem in the customer login page , when customer login correctly the authencation is like return back the login page again without any error message mean it login correctly but just it didn't show the login name at all. i loaded to different web hosting with php 5.2.11 it work fine, but when i upload to this web hosting with php 5.2.11 also it give me the above problem

the web hosting is using plesk control panel , anywhere to set it to solve the problem ? i already give all the file and folder with the permission chmod 777 ...please help .
