mrmicahroni
I recently tried to use the '1-click update' feature in the back office. After completing this, my front office was not functional, so I used the 'rollback" function in the back office. After this was completed, I tried to refresh the page, but I am now getting a "File Not Found (404 error)" message. Would anyone know the cause of this or be willing to help me figure out why this happened?
El Patron
For best results post your front office url causing issue, you can delete later if you like. When doing upgrade it's recommended to take a manual back up via phpmyadmin export and files via ftp or from hosting zip/download. Maybe if you clear ps cache problem go away, back office-->advanced parms-->performance-->click clear cache top right
musicmaster
You could try to delete .htaccess and empty the cache. Prestashop rollback is notorious: it quite often fails. So before upgrading you should always make your own backup of the files and the database. If you pm me with access data I can have a further look.
