How can I update quantities of items using the following csv file

I have a csv file with 8 columns, i would like to set up an automatic procedure to update quantities....can someone give me an advice or if there is already a solution can someone guide me to that direction?

In the columns the first one is the Item# then size, then description, then price, then quantity, then category, then searchcode
Please see the attached file........if is not much to ask how should i import this type of format to prestashop
