kobiewolke
Good day, Have a site, which was working fine yesterday, today "Internal Server Error 500". Also, do not have config files when I FTP to my site" config/config.inc.php" looks like a shortcut, and there is a index.php. Thats all, which tells me it may be broken, so does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks Kobie

So, Download your PS same version and upload your ftp Update settings.inc.php like _DB_NAME_ _DB_USER_ _DB_PASSWD_(if you have no settings.inc.php, share to us your PS version and then we will share to you settings.inc.php) Also if you have settings.inc.old.php , you can use this file. Finally, your site will be worked. good luck!
shokinro
Do you have backup of your store? If you have backup, it is also a good idea to restore the files from your latest backup. (it is a good practice to backup your store regularly - most service provider has this service)
musicmaster
Indeed, use a backup to replace the missing files. And if you haven't: install a new copy of the same Prestashop version on your local pc and upload from there missing files.

musicmaster
Not sure about the cloud. You could try on the dedicated forum: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/forum/260-prestashop-cloud/
