prachik Posted May 31, 2016 Share Posted May 31, 2016 When i try to complete checkout process by "Pay by bank wire", my order status should be updated as "Awaiting for RTGS/NEFT online payment" but at present it is updated by "Shipping Blocked(Shopgate)"Sometimes only we get "Awaiting for RTGS/NEFT online payment", and later again it shows wrong status. We have downloaded Shopgate module earlier and due to which the status has been added automatically. Now we have uninstalled and deleted the module but the status is still remains same.
