Auctions Finish when item quantity is became 0

I have a problem with module. When i sell last unit of one auction in Prestashop or Ebay, auction finish and relist with 0 units, losing sell statistics. I lose statistics for almost all items and i don't know what can i do. 202ecommerce also says module sync quantity automatically but nothing happens in ebay when i do a modification in prestashop.

I think is possible create a task cron but how can i do it if module have an Api limit?

I'm frustrated with this module... and from 202ecommerce there isn't answer about this problem.

what you ask is the function that don't relist the product but revice it to 0 and don't lose selling history?

 

our module have this option from 1 years, and can active or remove when you want.
