JqZoom ne fonctionne pas / JqZoom doesn't work

Bonjour à tous,

 

Sur mon site, je n'arrive pas à faire marcher la fonction jqZoom. 

Je l'ai bien coché, j'ai bien sauvegardé les changements. Sauf que quand je vais voir si cela fonctionne sur une page produit, rien ne marche. J'ai bien la petite croix mais c'est tout, pas de zoom. 

J'ai vu quelques sujets qui parlent déjà de ce problème mais je n'ai pas trouvé ma solution, étant novice en Prestashop. 

 

Sauriez-vous m'aider ?

The JqZoom option isn't working on my website. 

I've selected the option, I've saved the changes but when I want to check if it works, I can't zoom. Nothing works except that I have the little cross. 

I've seen couple subjects about it but I didn't find my solution in them. Since I'm quite a newbie with prestashop, I'm asking you if you could help me.

It seems like Fancybox instead of JqZoom is working.

 

Have you enabled JqZoom under Preferences > Products > Product Page > Enable JqZoom instead of Fancybox on the product page?

Oops, forgot to enable it once again. I've turned it off for some tests. Sorry. 

Now it is enabled.

It can be in your theme. Compare the default theme

To be honest with you, I don't know how to do all of that. I'm not the one who usually manage the website. 

If I'm correct, nothing of this can be done through prestashop, right ? I have to find a special file on my PC ?

I don't know how to fix without debugging. It needs some developer's effort. PM me if you wish to help.
