The developer , to my request for assistance , he told me to send my store the login credentials to resolve the problem . But when I sent him the credentials you have not done more to hear , no longer answered my email . What do you want? Normally when we buy something we don't like we take it back and when one cannot take it back we dispute charge. That is what you should do....we are not here to take your side on your dispute, you asked advice and you got it. razaro Posted May 27, 2016 Share Posted May 27, 2016 Hi darkivan Can you tell us what is your PrestaShop version and why it is not working? Do you get some error when you enable debug mode ? You can contact Comunity Manager Antoin https://www.prestashop.com/forums/user/1202836-antoine-flavigny/ and let him know your Order ID if you bought it on officail addons store. Another thing to add, I understand you maybe fel frustated right now but try to not use words like scam and cheat. Lot of thinks could happen, some setting on your server or PretaShop configuration, some other module that confilcts, also mail you sent, could get lost, got in spam. Developer could be on vacation, have some other important things. Have bit of patiance, as your case will certanly get resolved. Either you get refund or developer respond as if he does not he could be banned from addons. And El Patron is right is worst case file despute.
