Large loading of product detail in BO

Hi,

 

we have trouble with prestashop backoffice. Some of our products has lot of images and we have also lot of features in shop. So when we open product for editing we have to wait a long time until prestashop loaded all things and after that we can start editing products. 

 

Is there some way how to fix it?

SQL version in use ?

mod_security set to off ?

cache module (APC, xCache, etc) in use ?

 

 

Default theme, or non-native theme in use ?

 

Block-layered in use ?

Oh, you are talking about back-office and the problem of spinning buttons. Nevertheless the problem is the same: server configuration/prestashop version in use, outdated modules.

 

Are you using extra modules attaching to the product page tab ? Try to disable them.

 

The problem of spinning buttons is a play between bad server configuration and the Prestashop version in use. The latest versions had merely an better performance upgrade. Which version is in use ? Which server details ?
