Can't access to Advanced Parameter -> Mails

Hello guys,

 

I'm having some troubles because I can't access to Advanced parameters > mails.

On click it shows a white page with no error. (debug mode on true)

The address of the white page is:

 

https.//www.mystorestore.it/admin123/index.php?controller=AdminEmails&token=e9670cf8ce4b888cc5005d66c0def629

 

I tried to reinstall mail alert and I also checked that the email of the prestashop contact section matchs with my cpanel mail.

I had two live chats with siteground support but nothing wrong they said.

I tried to fix the issue by switching the /public_html/mails folder with a fresh one from prestashop.

 

So.. do you have any tips or tricks?

 

 

I'm a siteground user with PS 1.6.1.5 and Mail alerts v3.6.0.

when debug = true and no information displayed, go to hosting control panel and view php error log.  Not all errors are exposed no matter the setting.

I found the Error log clean!

Problem fixed: I deleted the mailjet plugin folder in  public_html/modules.

 

Notice that no error logs or report were found.

Even the mailjet module was disabled but when i tried to completely remove it prestashop report a issue. So FTP --> delete Mailjet

 

All works good now!

I found the Error log clean!

 

I've never seen a clean php error log, ever. lol  I'd think that error logging is somehow not set up properly on your hosting...you may want to follow up on that..
