Password for Backoffice suddenly is Invalid

Hello Everybody,

 

 

 

I got quite an urgent problem suddenly.

 

For some reason suddenly my password for the backoffice doesnt work anymore.

 

I used the recovery option but it doesnt work either.

 

This is really annoying because now I am locked out and the recovery wont help me.

 

 

Can someone explain to me how I can find a workaround?

try clearing cookie for browser also try incognito session with chrome.

In the hidden browser I pressed new password and it worked.
