Artur Fonzarelli
Hi!I am using the 1.5.5.0 version of Prestashop.I have two problems, which did not have before:1- when the customer has put the products in the cart and proceed to the check out, the process is stopped at the stage level "Shipping".That is, it does get the page of the expedition, where there is the choice that says "choose a shipping option for the address ..." But at this point when I click on the yellow button "NEXT", instead of opening the page pAYMENT, opens a completely blank page and then the payment transaction can not be completed. That's all.My suspicion, though I'm not sure, is that both the PayPal form the origin of this problem, in fact I recently upgraded to the latest version and I have this problem.2- The second problem instead consisenel fact that when (site side) I click on "Contact Us" and appears in the form. If you compile and send not get you anywhere in the content form. Finally if in B.O. I go on:Customers ---> Customer ServiceI click and see a completely blank page. shokinro
have you installed any new modules or made any changes to your store? I think there are some errors occurring. You can try to set _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true in file /config/defines.inc.php and run those pages again to see what error message is displayed. It will give you some hints where the problem is. shokinro
try following permission setting folders: 755 files: 644 and also check if the folder/file owner group is the same of the web application user. I also suggest you contact your hosting service provider support to see if they can help.
Artur Fonzarelli
Hi,permissions were already setup to 755 for folders and 644 for files but so gave the error.I put all (folders and files) to 777 but by mistake.I saw that the owner via FTP is different from the group. In your opinion what can I do to fix this?I also thought the problem might be caused by the new paypal module that I installed, or that the Prestashop version is 1.5.5.0, and so it is not the latest version.I do not know, you think about what may be due to the error? shokinro
I think it is file/folder ownership caused the issue. Please talk to your service provider if you are not able to change the file/folder owner. It must be the same as the user used for web application. It is server configuration.
