No tax shown in cart [Prestashop 1.6.1.5]

Hello All, 

 

I am new to the taxes and tax rules in Prestashop and can't figure them out. My tax shows only if I apply tax rule in the product card. In all other cases in won’t work… even If I logged in like a customer with delivery address. Need your help please

 

I have these settings in Localization/Taxes (Prestashop 1.6.1.5):

Enable Tax: Yes

Display Tax in Shopping Cart: Yes

Based On: Delivery Address

Use Ecotax: No

 

 

I have Enabled Taxes for Canada & US in Localization/Taxes

I have Enabled Taxes for Canada & US in Localization/Tax Rules

I have Tax Included for Customers, visitors and guests in Customers/Groups ‘Price display’ method

I have No Tax in Product/Prices/Tax Rule for all products

 

Please suggest me what I'm doing wrong

Do your taxes work in your Prestashop 1.6.1.5? could it be recent release bug?

Did you solved your problem yet? because I'm in the same issue. 

All of the item that add to the cart are not include tax, but it use to be.
