General important tuning Prestashop 1.6.x

I have local server installation of Prestashop 1.6.1.5 with base default-bootstrap template.

 

Installation and primary configuration goes ok, but I have several important questions:

1. On base configuration of theme (configure=themeconfigurator) I can change social networks buttons, banners and pictures on main page, but I do not see any place where I can configure colors of lines and buttons or where I can change size of pictures and banners or size of columns. Where can I change this? If not in WYSIWYG then which CSS file to configure?
2. In payments I have default "bank transaction" and "cheque". It's enough for my B2B WEB site, but how can I configure PDF files of bill for bank transfer and cheque? For example, bank transfer PDF doesn't contain bank account details which I have entered in "bank transaction". For cheque I need a form of some receipt with table/sheet design. Can I configure PDF creation somehow?
3. After ordering by client, each order has a label like "ZWWVACDRM". Can I configure somewhere this label style? I wish to make it in local language and something like this - some letters, then date, then number. For example first order for 2016-05-30 will be "Ф20160530-001" and second order will be "Ф20160530-002". Can I configure like that?
4. Next problem with ordering - with "bank transaction" and "cheque" all orders are set up to status "waiting for payment" and customer get only plain e-mails, but not get PDF. Only if I change status to some "payment received" or "order preparing" system send out one more e-mail with PDF file. I need to make, that since the confirmation of order by client, he/she got just one e-mail and with PDF. Can I configure like this? If I can do it directly, then may be change somehow default status after ordering with "bank transaction" from "waiting for payment" to "order preparing"?
5. Another important point - when cliemt make order or send a coment in his account - all messages came into system, but no e-mail is sending to me. Can I configure some alerts via e-mail? I saw only alerts about erros of scripts and hosting, but didn't find a place where I can configure e-mail alerts for clients' new orders and clients messages.

All that questions are very important for me.
