First Data module problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the module First Data 1.2.9.

 

I have installed and configure it with my credentials (key id, hmac key, gateway id and pwd).

But when I placed an order, on the front office the payment is accepted, on the back office the order status is "payment accepted" BUT the module First Data indicates a "refused" status...

On my First Data account (Payeezy platform), the payment appears but nothing tells me that the paymed is refused...


Is it something that I have to configure? Do you have an idea of what is the problem?

Well, another "official" module that does not work properly.  Have you attempted to contact the module author to report the issue?

Are you using some custom checkout module on front end?

I tried to contact the author of the module but the form doesn't work ("Oops, une erreur s'est produite ! You cannot contact the developer of this product") !!!

 

No, I don't use a custom chekout module, I only use the official module of Paypal.

are we talking about Paypal or FirstData?

 

Did you purchase this FirstData module on PS addons store?  If so, I would dispute the payment (call your credit card company, or open a dispute with Paypal).  A merchant that sells you a product using either credit card or paypal is required to provide a working contact method...

It is the free module of First Data, I download it on addons.

I think I will buy the other module, it seems to be more secured with its securely hosted web payment page. And if there is a problem, I will have technical support!
