Gumka
Hi! I'm newbie in PrestaShop and trying to setup it on my server. Problem step-by-step: 1) I download and unzip PrestaShop 1.6 2) Start installation 3) select at the beginning English lang 4) completed installation 5) rename /admin and /install folders - all by installation guide 6) open FO - site is working 7) enter BO, select and add Ukrainian localization 8) see lang selector and currency selector at FO - all is working 9) enter BO, select and add Russian localization 10) when i select Russian - start page at FO is in russian, but when i enter shoppingcart or register page - header still in russian, but module result in English... Module directory /blockcart/translations/ has all three lang files (en, uk and ru.php). At Admin(BO), if select and open "Translation-FO_modules-RU" this module already has all translations... So, please help to understand and fix this problem. Great thanks!
musicmaster
Two suggestions: - try to load the Russian and Ukrainian localisation packs. - ask also on the Russian forum: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/forum/41-p%D1%83%D1%81%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9-%D1%8F%D0%B7%D1%8B%D0%BA/
Gumka
For some modules, you will need to translate them from English to Russian. Для некоторых модулей надо будет их перевести все равно . Не все перевидано к сожалению . But module /blockcart - shopping_cart is not one of the main system modules? Or when i press "Cart" icon other module working??? Next, but not the last. The folder of this module already contains russion translation file
Gumka
Looks like Your are fully right! Module /blockcart is translated into Russian, bur Shopping-cart block at FrontOffice - NO! Really, stupid situation. Ukrainian can make full translation of product, but Russians - can't.... Thank you for your help!
