Module not working, still no reply from Prestashop after a week

I recently bought a module Import/Update Bulk Product from any CSV/Excel file, they said it is compatible with mulit-language in their description, but we couldn't get it work. 

 

Emailed the developer but their support is awful and not really helpful, not to mention they cannot solve the problem. Since their module doesn't work for us and they cannot solve it, I asked for a refund, but they blackmailed me to give them 5 stars rating, otherwise they will not refund to us.  It's just so unfair to those hard working developers who provide excellent support and quality module.

 

Contacted Prestashop a week ago, and of course no reply from them.  It's very frustrating to purchase modules on Prestashop addon website.

 

Is there any way to contact Prestashop and that they will actually reply?

Is this all documented in the PS messages section of your addons account?  If so, then call Prestashop, demand a refund, and then demand that this seller gets banned.

 

Do not bother using the contact form, it will go directly to the addon developer, not to Prestashop.
