Not shipping when total price is under x euros

Hi,

I've got a store in which I want to apply this condition: for orders under 30€, I want it to prevent the client from making any order (carrier doesn't appear)

As lucas say in this post (http://todoprestashop.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2376&start=0#p9821), all price ranges must be stablished (included from 0 to 30: what I don't want)

¿Is there any way of doing this? ¿Not allowing orders under 30€?
