class_index.php need to be removed after every product edit

Got this issue since upgraded to 1.6.1.5

 

When we edit even a single product we then need to remove class_index.php otherwise theme is not displaying top nav etc.

 

class_index.php had to be removed before only from time to time if we were doing edits to files, now after every product edit?

There must be some bad override class that caused the class_index.php crashed.

you may try to enable DEV mode by setting _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true in file /config/defines.inc.php and try again the product editing to see if there is any error message displayed. You can also try to look into folder YourStoreRoot/log/ to see if there is ant log there that might give you some hints.
