bestricambi Posted May 20, 2016 Share Posted May 20, 2016 Ciao. Se qualcuno naviga sul mio sito, da qualche tempo, non può più vedere i prodotti. La home page funziona, la funzione cerca funziona, se mette un articolo trovato con questa funzione nel carrello, funziona tutto, compresa la vendita online. Il problema inizia quando si cerca di entrare nella pagina del prodotto con la descrizione, esce pagina bianca con scritta "fatal error". Se entro dal mio pc (dove gestisco il negozio) invece funziona tutto perfettamente, se uso un altro pc in negozio, quindi collegato in rete, il problema si presenta. Qualcuno ha qualche idea ? L'unica modifica fatta è stata l'installazione del modulo paypal con feed che mi ha installato direttamente il team di prestalia perchè non si installava. Ho chiesta a prestalia se poteve dipendere dalle modifiche fatte da loro ma mi hanno risposto di no. Grazie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ho comunque dei dubbi che possa dipendere dal modulo o dall'intervento di Prestalia, sono estremamente professionali e precisi. Hosting? Non è per caso quello inadeguato?
