Email store owner from My Account

Hello 

 

Is it possible to have a logged in user's email, name and telephone number emailed to the store admin by pressing a submit button?

 

I have tried several methods and I cannot seem to get it to work.

 

Ideally the submit button would be in the 'My Account' area.

 

The idea behind this is that the customer can press the button and the site send the email off to the store admin, who then contacts them as a result. Its a kind of "please contact me" notification that the customer can send without having to fill out a form.

 

Any help you give would be very much appreciated.
