PayPal Order Doesn't Process, Probably Because of Gift Wrapping

PayPal USA, Canada v1.3.9 - by PrestaShop

 

I've encountered this problem with Prestashop 1.5.x and 1.6.x with the PayPal module. When the customer adds gift wrapping, the order does not complete after successful payment.

 

There are some old posts about the totals being different and that causing the issue. That is true. The totals are different between PayPal and the Prestashop cart. It looks like the gift wrapping doesn't get passed to PayPal.

 

How can I get this fixed?

Sorry; I did not. I turned off gift wrapping.
