Speed 1.6.1.4, please help

Hello, 

 

I am trying to reach better loading time of my test website

Can anybody help here, please? 

 

Here is some measurment: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/test2.hotcha.cz/pYar4tp8 (how to fix Defer parsing of JavaScript and Optimize the order of styles and scripts). Is it difficult to fix it? Should these two things improve loading time of website? 

 

I turned on PS_MODE_DEV and PS_DEBUG_PROFILING, so there is possible to view loading times of website parts and modules below website footer.
