404 error when try to go to 'my account'

First of all, sorry for bad english.

 

Any link that redirects to a section that requires to be logued in (My Account, My Cupons, etc) return a 404 Not Found error. I've been searching and I've seen that it use to be an .htaccess file problem, I tried to regenerate it, but the problem is not solved. Any suggestion?

Firsty, some parts of your site can't work because of HTTP authorization. I would disable it. You can set maintenance mode in your shop.

But apart of that, some days ago, the "my account" section worked perfectly well, so I I think that is not because of the HTTP authorization

I think I found the problem, but don't know how to resolve it.

 

After clicking in "My Account", the URL ends with "?back=my-account", for example:

 

http://www.elarpon.es/dev/prestashop/es/inicio-sesion?back=my-account (my account is the page I try to access)

If i go to "http://www.elarpon.es/dev/prestashop/es/inicio-sesion", it works fine.

 

This only happens when the user is NOT logged in, if the user is logged, works fine.
