When changing preferences, they new settings are not reflected in my shop! aaah!

Alright, so right now my shop shows the tax included in the display price.

I'd prefer it to show the base price, then show the tax in the totlas in the shopping cart.

To change this, i went to preferences>products and set it to "tax excluded" but after saving the settings, the store continues to show the tax in the price!!

The preferences>products page shows the correct setting is selected when i refresh, but the store still includes the tax!

So basically, the settings don't reflect what is actually happening in the store.

Anyone have this problem? Any ideas?
