Limit number of orders in BO orders tab

Hi,

 

As our shop have around 200k orders is starting to be slow when we trying to access to orders tab. Is there any method to limit orders tab to show only, for example, last 10k orders?

 

Also is there any method to force BO search to remember last choice? When we are looking for orders we need to change it each time if there is 1-20 search per day is ok, but when we need to find 100-200 is getting to be annoyed.
