I'm trying to create a main category with sub and sub sub category. What am I doing wrong? Are there any sample files available other than the ones on the website? RogueWaveLimited Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 When you save your spreadsheet as a file to import can you post a copy of that here? You do know that you have to save the spreadsheet as a CSV or TSV and that's what you import right? When you import what are you setting as the Field separator and the Multi Value separator?
