Ability to send the order to the admin without payment

Hi, 

Is it possible to adjust to buyers choose items from the catalog with the ability to send the order to the administrator without payment? And then admin communicates with the customer confirms the order and specifying all the details.

Use Bank wire payment method. It does virtually nothing.

It sounds like you are talking about quotation module.

Client send a quote, communicates with administrator via chat. Administrator confirms quote and client converts it to order.

It is close to, but I will describe in more detail:

 

Payment systems are not used.

The price of the items specified in advance.

 

1) Client looking for items.

 

2) Select item/s/quantity.

 

3) Presses button like "Make order inquiry". There he enters a e-mail, phone number, first name, last name (without any address).

 

4) Presses "Make order" and I get his message on admin panel or e-mail.

Please test our quotation module.

1) This step is totally part of the shop.

2) This is done in our module.

3) If user is registered the user data is filled automatically in our module. If user is a guest it ask for his email only. So this part is not exact.

4) Administrator can get quotes into backOffice (by default) or email (optional). 

5) We made more features which we though would be useful for B2B customers.

 

Or you can look for any quotation module in addons marketplace if ours seems to expensive for you.

but a few people asked for that, so we will implement this possibility in the future.
