Mandatory Field for registry account and not for quick command

Hello every one, 

 

i am a little newbie into the prestashop world and i have one question for you.

Is-it possible two put  2 mandatory fields for registry account ( like company name and vat number ) 

and at same time allow quick command without those fields ?

 

Any idea about my issue is more than welcome
