specific pricing problem

Hi, I've created a product at $85.00 and set combinations for it. At a different size combination the price changes to $100.00. I've set specific pricing to allow 10% discount when ordering two or more across all combinations. On the base price at the store selecting one gives $85.00 pricing. Selecting two gives the correct 10% discount i.e. $76.50. When selecting a larger item where the price changes to $100.00 the price for one displays correctly, but if I increase the quantity to two, then the price shows as $76.50 instead of $90.00 - however the basket displays the correct price - i.e. two items at $90.00 each - how can I get the specific price to display correctly?
