Paypal Sandbox Account + Website Payments Pro Hosted

Hi y'all,

 

I am having trouble processing (test) payments using Website Payments Pro Hosted (Website Standard works fine).

 

The payment appears to go through fine and is showing in my test Paypal accounts (both Seller and Buyer accounts) BUT the order is NOT showing in Prestashop Customer Account or Prestashop Back Office.

 

I am using Paypal Europe Module v3.10.2

My Paypal Sandbox account is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is upgraded to Business PRO.

 

I tried creating a new Sandbox Seller account, using USD instead. I also upgraded it to Business PRO. I updated the Paypal Module with the new email address. This produces a different error entirely, when trying to pay for an order - Error Processing Payment. Please try a different Card.

 

Can anyone offer any insight?

Forgot to say that after returning to the website from Paypal (after payment) the products are still in the shopping cart.

There seem to be a while lot of problems with the PayPal europe module at the moment

If you read carefully you will see that DH2 has made a version available - try his link - but do not update the module afterwards. Stick with his if it works

Thanks haylau... yeah I've been following that thread very closely but haven't gone back and re-read it in regards to this issue I'm having. I thought the module I'm using would be ok as it's the old/non updated version, where the UK functionality remains intact.

All is working fine in LIVE mode (using LIVE Paypal accounts - both Seller and Buyer, to make orders) so it seems this is a Paypal Sandbox issue.
