How do you remove "/en/" from the URL

I hope some one can help. Are site comes up as domain.com/en/.

By doing an gtmetrix.com test we have found that domain.com/en/ is the slowest at (11-14 sec) in loading time.

Is there any way to remove the "/en/" from the URL were is just come up as domain.com. Are site will only be in English at this time.

When I try to remove the languages  for the back office. It come up with: You cannot delete the default language.

Maybe your default language isn't english. You can set it in Localization menu.

I was able to get it to work. I  disable the languages in the back office. and don't see the /en/ come up any more.

Great, please remember that if you plan to add some language in the future, the "en" will come back.
