Stock managment - double decrease problem

Hi,
I have a problem with advanced stock managment.
Customer made an ordinary order with free shipping and price discounts and everything was OK.
Then i have changed order status to "shipped" and stock was decreased as I expected.
A few days later i have changed order status to delivered and stock was decreased again.

 

Can you help me to explain it? I use Prestashop 1.6.0.6.

im not sure at the moment

but maybe both of the order states have an option to: "set this order as shipped"

and because of this stock is decreased both times

Yes, both states have checked option "as shipped", but it was checked as default (I didn't change any options of states at all)

I am not sure if both should be checked, but other orders didn't have this problem.

May it depend on the order (discounts, shipping, etc.)?
